Position Summary

Cariboo Memorial Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Permanent Full-Time Clerical Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the heart of British Columbia's beautiful Cariboo region. Williams Lake, B.C.

Shift Type(s):Days

Shift Times:07:00 to 15:00

Days Of Work:Monday to Friday

Days Off: Rotating

This position supervises clerical staff in the Medical Imaging Department, which involves coordination of workflow, evaluation, training and orientation of staff. Ensures that established standards are maintained. Acts as a resource person and performs a variety of clerical functions as required.

Qualfications

Education, Training and Experience

Grade 12 and three years’ recent related experience including one year in a supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Ability to keyboard 50 wpm

Knowledge of medical terminology

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to deal with others effectively

Ability to supervise
