What You'll Do

Build trusted on-farm relationships, identify customer needs and deliver high-quality after-sales support

identify growth opportunities and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your customer portfolio

Provide agronomic advice and stay current on seasonal conditions, product performance and industry best practice

Support branch performance through forecasting, budgeting inputs.

What You'll Bring

Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years)

A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience

customer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills across growers, suppliers and internal teams

Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomes

Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems

Current driver’s licence
