Team

Our team is responsible for the systems that support Global Finance. We support over 1000 users across the Finance teams in the bank.

Role

This role would support the regulatory reporting automation and other initiatives that support the Finance teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders including business partners in Global Finance, business analyst, architecture, and infrastructure and support to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that best support the business need.

What will we expect from you?

Gather requirements, design and build new features

Collaborate with the product owner, project manager and other relevant teams

Ensure best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

Excellent understanding of developer life cycle and enterprise developer tools

Power BI report creation, debug issues and performance improvements

Power Query (M Language) for data transformation

Semantic Model / Data Model Design

SQL Development and Query Optimization

Star Schema and Dimensional Modeling

Power BI Gateway configuration and troubleshooting

Incremental Refresh and Large Dataset Optimization

Row-Level Security (RLS) and Data Security

Financial and regulatory reporting

Data visualization best practices

Ad hoc reporting and self-service analytics

Data quality validation and reconciliation
