</span></span></p><br /><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">What will you do?</span></b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Coach team to focus on attracting, growing and retaining client relationships and introducing the full breadth of RBC partners and a broad range of products and solutions to deepen relationships through needs based advice </span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Recruit and develop top talent; lead successful change management and support the team to deliver a differentiated client experience</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Develop your team’s capabilities including their credit skills; maintain oversight to ensure action is taken to preserve satisfactory operational and credit effectiveness through portfolio management activities and routines</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Demonstrate your market leadership by promoting the RBC brand and enhancing visibility by developing and maintaining a network in the business community, working closely with business leaders, COI’s, and community groups</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Promote digital enablement with your team by becoming an advocate for ensuring clients are set up to leverage digital solutions for themselves and their business</span></span></li></ul><br /><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">What do you need to succeed?
