</span></span></p><br /><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">As an Associate Advisor, you will work with the Investment Advisor team and be responsible for providing proactive advice and support to our clients and the Investment Advisor, helping deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm. Identifying new opportunities and helping to grow the business will be a key and exciting part of your role.

</span></span></p><br /><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">What will you do?</span></b></span></p><ul><li>Assist customers in the development of investment strategies and selecting the best products to support such strategies.</li><li>Support cross-sells of banking services and counsels customers on financial matters and investment instruments.</li><li>Expand existing relationships and develops new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

</li><li>Establish individual financial plans and helps customers build investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc. based on financial needs and objectives.</li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Manage client relationships by preparing for and leading meetings, effectively responding to client account inquiries and taking ownership of follow-ups.

</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Help build and execute business plans, Wealth Management objectives and client service plans.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Nurture and manage valuable relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and RBC partners.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Conduct ongoing research on markets and investments and provide regular updates to the advisory team.

</span></span></li></ul><p><br /><br /></p><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">What do you need to succeed?</span></b></span></p><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Must Have</span></b></span></p><ul><li>Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE).</li><li>Relationship management and financial planning experience </li><li>Must have minimum of 5 years relative industry experience managing clients and creating financial plans</li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite</span></span></li></ul><br /><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Nice to Have</span></b></span></p><ul><li>Wealth Management Essentials, Qualified Associate Financial Planner (QAFP), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) an asset</li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">4 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">Highly developed client service skills</span></span></li></ul><br /><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span style="font-size:inherit">​</span><b><span style="font-size:inherit">What’s in it for you?
