This program prepares you for specialized roles across three core disciplines: Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), and Data Engineering (DE). </div><div><ul><li>Accelerate your growth in a 24-month rotational program, shifting from a foundational role to a second placement to broaden your technical and leadership experience.

</li><li>Explore complex enterprise datasets, perform advanced exploratory data analysis, build predictive machine learning models and AI agents that optimize business operations </li><li>Build, test, and scale production-grade ML and Generative AI applications using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, and automation).

</li><li>Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models across structured and unstructured repositories.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, technology modernization, and strategic initiatives. </li><li>Apply data-driven analysis and systems thinking to address complex challenges, continuously evaluating and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, emerging deep learning frameworks, and modern cloud data platforms to drive solution quality.
