To provide the ideal career path for you, rotational job experiences will be assigned based on preferences, skills, development opportunities, and business needs. </span></p><p> </p><p>With our Grad program you will build your Human Resource knowledge through a total of 4 rotations and real, business-related projects, which may include roles within: </p><ul><li>Talent Acquisition </li><li>Organizational Development </li><li>Compensation </li><li>Digital HR </li><li>HR Analytics and Reporting </li><li>Mental Health and Accessibility </li><li>Disability Management </li><li>Project Management </li><li>Labour Relations </li><li>Human Resources Services </li><li>Business Unit or People Leader support </li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>Education and Eligibility</b></H2> </div><div><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management programs or a related field completed before the program start date.

We value in-person collaboration and believe working in-office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team.
