Coding in Python would be an asset.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>The Enterprise Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team within Corporate Treasury is seeking an experienced professional to support the production, analysis, and ongoing enhancement of the Bank's Funds Transfer Pricing framework.</span></p><p></p><p>The successful candidate will:</p><p></p><ul><li><span>Support the production, analysis, and ongoing enhancement of Funds Transfer Pricing methodologies and processes.

</span></li><li><span>Build, own, and maintain dashboards in Power BI.</span></li><li><span>Gain understanding of upstream data and processes by partnering with Finance, Technology, and other groups.</span></li><li><span>Perform testing and impact assessments of methodology, data and QRM system configuration changes.</span></li><li><span>Perform analysis and present FTP insights to stakeholders.

</span></li><li><p>Support the production processes to generate timely and accurate FTP rates and dollar charges.</p></li><li><p><span>Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Funds Transfer Pricing methodologies and related Treasury concepts to support business and finance partners.</span></p></li><li><p>Facilitate discussions with business and finance partners to quantify and explain the FTP results.

</p></li><li><p><span>Prepare and deliver presentations, analysis, and reporting that translate complex information into clear business insights.</span></p></li><li><p>Independently lead ad-hoc analysis and drive change to adapt FTP methodology according to the evolving business requirements.</p></li><li><p>Stay informed of global market trends and recommend enhancements to the FTP methodology.

</p></li><li><p>Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Design dashboards and analyses to be performed, and appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use.</p></li><li><p>Work with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, automate and scale analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and decision support tools.

</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualisation techniques.</p></li><li><p>Provide value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques. Selects, configures, and implements analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.</p></li><li><p>Develop data visualizations of "large" amounts of data that facilitate the intuitive presentation of data to decision makers.

</p></li><li><p>Document data flow, systems, and processes to improve the design, implementation, and management of business/group processes</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.</p></li><li><p>Recommend and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the management of databases; ensure alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards.

</p></li><li><p>Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Work independently and regularly manage non-routine situations requiring judgment, analysis, and stakeholder coordination.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

</p></li><li><p>Experience in Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, or similar analytical functions.</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL, Dashboards development (e.g., Power BI).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) is desirable.</p></li><li><p>Working experience in a Finance environment with exposure to one or more of the following: Risk management, financial market products and pricing, Balance Sheet / Asset Liability management.
