What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:

Develop specialized product content (Feed, Ag Equipment, Animal Health, Lube, Lumber/Fencing) and deliver training to Agro staff.

Provide leadership through supervision, coaching, and ensuring staff compliance with loss prevention and asset protection policies.

Lead the full B2B sales cycle, including customer outreach, stock and delivery coordination, documentation, and issue resolution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and sales reps to support sales growth and profitability.

Support talent acquisition and onboarding in collaboration with the Agro Manager, Hardware Supervisor, and Sales Leads.

Assist with budgeting, pricing, discounts, and margin management.

Maintain strong product knowledge across all Agro categories.

Who you are: You are interested in a career in sales & customer service and:

You have a High School diploma

Class 5 Drivers License

Ability to maintain and grow an extensive customer contact program

Project estimating education/experience is an asset

Training in Agro/Hardware/Feed sales considered an asset

1+ years’ Supervisory experience is preferred

Excellent communication and customer service Skills

You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including evenings, holidays and weekends.

You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
