We are looking for: The Bakery/Deli Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Bakery/Deli Department; including sales; gross margin and other expense control; department standards; ordering and inventory control; human resources; customer service; administrative duties; and department production and merchandising
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Highly motivated
High sanitation and housekeeping standards
Strong communication skills
Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
3 years of customer service experience with 1 year of leadership experience is considered an asset
General Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office is considered an asset
This position will remain open until filled.
