Pharmacy Clerk

As a Pharmacy Clerk at Pharmacy Ucluelet Co-op, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized service to our valued members. Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers

Inspect all received goods to ensure the quality and completeness of the order, and when required order and receive products.

Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale to meet established standards.

Update and maintain an accurate and proper markdown report

Keeps the pharmacy and back-stock areas clean, including properly disposing of garbage. Performs routine cleaning to maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Attention to detail and accuracy

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Working Conditions

Flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

Physically demanding tasks including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair climbing
