Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. is inviting applications for a
Meat Cutter, Part-time
In our Meat Department at the Food Centre
The successful candidate will be responsible for
Provide customer service and sales assistance
Ensure meat preparation complies with CFIA guidelines and Co-op standards
Ensure displays are always filled
Responsible for the receiving, inspecting, and storage of inventory
Adhere to all sanitation and personal hygiene policies of the Co-op and government legislation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1-3 years of previous meat preparation experience
Demonstrated ability of working in a team environment
Provide excellent customer service
Mature and reliable
Excellent communication skills and project a positive image
Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
